Pursuant to Regulation on organization and management of unlisted stock trading market at HNX attached to Decision No.634/QD-SGDHN dated 24 September 2019 of CEO of HNX (Regulation on trading registration), on 1 October 2019, HNX announced the trading suspension of stocks on UPCoM as follows:

- Trading suspension time: from 2 October 2019 to 4 October 2019 (3 trading sessions)
- Reason for trading suspension: The company had delayed information disclosure for more than 45 working days relative to regulated time for reviewed semi-annual FS 2019, belonging to the case of trading registration stocks under trading suspension according to point b clause 1 Article 31 of Regulation on trading registration.
HNX will notify when the stock is allowed to resume trading after the company remedies the cause for being put under trading suspension pursuant to the Regulation on trading registration.
