-         Effective date: 06/04/2020
-         Reason: Profit after tax of the year 2019 and undistributed profit after tax as at 31/12/2019 in the audited financial statement FY 2019 are negative, according to Point 1.4 and 1.5, Clause 1, Article 13 of Listing regulations.
