IBC: IBC to be put into warning status

On April 14, 2020, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange issued Decision No.175/QD-SGDHCM to put the shares of Apax Holdings Joint Stock Company (stock code: IBC) into warning status as of April 21, 2020.

Reason: The undistributed earnings at December 31, 2019 was -124,756,931,761 dongs based on the 2019 audited consolidated financial statements. This is the case of warning securities under the Listing Regulations on the Hochiminh Stock Exchange.
