Pursuant to Listing Regulations at the HNX attached to Decision No.639/QD-SGDHN dated on 13/10/2016, HNX announces that the following stock has been put under supervision and trading restriction:
-          Issuer: Song Da 7.04 JSC
-          Stock code: S74
-          Reason: Profit after tax of the year 2018 and 2019 in the audited general financial statements are negative, according to Point 1.3, Clause 1, Article 14 of Listing regulations.
-           Trading restriction: S74 stock can only be traded on Friday weekly
-           Effective date: 13/4/2020
Supervision and trading restriction period ends when the company overcomes current situation.
