Pursuant to Listing Regulations at the HNX attached to Decision No.639/QD-SGDHN dated on 13/10/2016, HNX announces that the following stock has been put under supervision and trading restriction:
-          Issuer: SIMCO Song Da JSC
-          Stock code: SDA
-          Reason: Profit after tax of the holding company’s shareholders of 2018 and 2019 in the audited consolidated financial statements are negative, according to Point 1.3, Clause 1, Article 14 of Listing regulations.
-           Trading restriction: SDA stock can only be traded on Friday weekly
-           Effective date: 09/04/2020
Supervision and trading restriction period ends when the company overcomes current situation.
