VOS: VOS still in the warning status

On April 03, 2020, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange (HOSE) received the 2019 audited consolidated financial statements of Viet Nam Ocean Shipping Joint Stock Company (HOSE: VOS). Accordingly, the after-tax profit of the parent company’s shareholders in 2019 was 51.07 billion dongs, and the undistributed after-tax profit until December 31, 2019 was -722.10 billion dongs. Besides, the auditor noted the possibility of continuous operation of the Company because as of December 31, 2019, the Company’s short-term liabilities were 333 billion dongs higher than the short-term assets.

HOSE continues to remain the warning status for VOS and will consider solutions for VOS after having the semi-annual reviewed financial statements in 2020.
