UDC: UDC still in the warning status

On September 01, 2021, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange (HOSE) received the 2021 semi-annual reviewed financial statements of Urban Development and Construction Corporation (stock symbol: UDC). According to the statements, the after-tax profit of shareholders of parent company in the first six months of 2021 was -13.15 billion dongs, the undistributed after-tax profit until June 30, 2021 was -21.82 billion dongs.

Therefore, UDC has not overcome the causes making the stock under the warning status. HOSE continues to remain the warning status for the stock UDC and will consider solutions for the stock UDC after having the 2021 audited financial statements.
