VPH: VPH to be put into warning status

On October 19, 2021, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange issued Decision No.582/QD-SGDHCM to put the stock of Van Phat Hung Corporation (stock code: VPH) into warning status as from October 26, 2021.

Reason:  The listed firm has suspended or been suspended business activities from 03 months or more. This is the case of warned securities, regulated at Item d, Point 1.1, Clause 1, Article 22 of the Listing Regulations on the Hochiminh Stock Exchange attached to Decision No.85/QD-SGDHCM dated 03/19/2018.
