VCA: VCA put into warning status

On February 15, 2023, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange issued a decision to put the shares of VNSTEEL - VICASA Joint Stock Company (stock code: VCA) in warning status as of February 22, 2023.

Reason: the profit after tax in 2022 was -5.89 billion dongs and the undistributed profit after tax until December 31, 2022 was -2.41 billion dongs according to the audited financial statements in 2022. This is the case of securities being warned under the Listing Regulations on the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
