TBT: Decision on being put under trading suspension

On December 07, 2023, HNX announces the trading suspension of Bentre Transportation Works Contruction JSC’s shares (stock code: TBT) stock as follows:
- Ground for trading suspension: The Company has not announced the audited Financial Statements  2018, 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022 to Hanoi Stock Exchange;
- Reason(s): The Company has no measures to overcome the cause that led to the company's shares being placed in trading restriction according to the provisions of Point d, Clause 1, Article 46 of the Securities Law;
- The date the shares were put under trading suspension: 15/12/2023;
- Applicable law(s): Point e, Clause 1 Article 36 of the Regulations attached to Decision No.34/QD-HDTV dated November 16, 2022 of the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
Within 15 days from the date the stock is under trading suspension, Bentre Transportation Works Contruction JSC must send a document to the HNX to explain the cause and provide a remedy plan.
