-       Reason: The company has negative profit after tax in audited FS 2023
-       Applicable regulation: Clause b, Point 1, Article 38 Regulation on Listing and Trading securities attached to Decision No. 17/QD-HDTV dated 31/3/2022 of the Board of members of the Vietnam Stock Exchange
-       Effective date: 6/2/2024
-       The company must to send the explanation to HNX along with solving plan and roadmap to overcome the above situation.
