VE4: Decision on being put under supervision

Following Decision No. 170/QD-SGDHN dated 26/03/2024, HNX announces the following stock will be put under supervision as follow:
- Issuer: VNECO4 Electricity Construction Joint Stock Company
- Stock code: VE4
- Reason: Profit after tax in 2022 and 2023 is negative
- Ground for trading supervision: the Company's Financial Statements 2023 audited by ECOVIS AFA Auditing - Appraisal and Consulting Company Limited
- Effective date: 01/04/2024
- Applicable laws: Point b Section 1 Article 38 of the Regulation on securities listing and trading attached to Decision No. 17/QD-HDTV dated 31/03/2022 by the Board of members of the Vietnam Stock Exchange.

HNX
