FTI: Decision to change from being put under alert to trading restriction

Following Decision No. 335/QD-SGDHN dated April 04, 2024, HNX announces the status to move from alert to trading restriction of FTI stock as follows:
 -   Base of review: Audited Financial Statement 2023
 -  Reason for trading restriction: The auditor gave disclaimer opinion on Financial Statement 2023, 
-    Effective date: 09/04/2024
-    Trading restriction: be traded every Friday;
-   Applicable law(s): Point c  Section 1 Article 34 of the Regulations attached to Decision No.34/QD-HDTV dated 16/11/2022 by the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
-   Within 15 days from the date the stock is under continued trading restriction as prescribed in Article 1 of this Decision, Friendship trading - Industrial Joint Stock Company shall send a document to the HNX to explain the cause and provide a remedy.
