-  Reason: The Company was late in disclosing the Audited Financial Statements for two consecutive years of 2022 and 2023
-   Applicable regulation: Point h Section 1 Article 38 of the Regulations on Listing and Trading securities attached to Decision No. 17/QD-HDTV dated 31/03/2022 by the Board of members of the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
