VCM: Decision on being put under supervision and Notice on stock status

On 02/04/2024, HNX announces that the following stock is put under supervision under Decision No. 228/QD-SGDHN:
- Issuer: BV Life Joint Stock Company
- Stock code: VCM
- Reason: The auditor gave qualified opinion on the Audited Financial Statements 2022 and 2023
- Ground for alert: Audited Consolidated Financial Statements 2022 and 2023 by AASC Auditing Firm Company Limited
- Effective date: 05/04/2024
- Applicable regulation: Point d Section 1 Article 38 Regulation on Listing and Trading securities attached to Decision No. 17/QD-HDTV dated 31/03/2022 by the Board of members of the Vietnam Stock Exchange.

On 02/04/2024, Hanoi Stock Exchange announced the Notice on the stock status of VCM shares as follows: VCM stock is put under supervision under Decision No. 228/QD-SGDHN dated 02/04/2024 because the auditor gave qualified opinion on the Company's Audited Financial Statements 2022 and 2023.
