CVN: Decision to change to trading restriction, maintaining stock under supervision and notice on stock status

Decision to change to trading restriction
 
Following Decision No. 495/QD-SGDHN dated May 20, 2024, HNX announces the status to move from alert to trading restriction of CVN stock as follows:
 -  Reason for trading restriction: The listed organization is late in submitting the financial statement for more than 45 days according to regulations.
- Effective date: 22/05/2024
- Trading restriction: be traded every Friday;
- Applicable law(s): Point a  Section 1 Article 39 of the Regulations attached to Decision No.34/QD-HDTV dated 16/11/2022 by the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
- Within 15 days from the date the stock is under continued trading restriction as prescribed in Article 1 of this Decision, Vinam JSC shall send a document to the HNX to explain the cause and provide a remedy.

Decision on maintaining stock under supervision
 
Following Decision No. 456/QD-SGDHN dated May 20, 2024, HNX announces the stock under supervision as follows:
- Issuer: Vinam JSC
- Securities type: common stock
- Stock code: CVN
- Effective date: 22/5/2024
- Reason: The listed organization is late in submitting the reviewed consolidated semi-annual financial statement for more than 30 days since the due date and late in submitting the audited financial statements for 2 consecutive years.
- Applicable law(s): Point g and h, Section 1, Article 38 of the Regulations attached to Decision No. 17/QD-HDTV dated 31/03/2022 by the Board of Members of the Vietnam Stock Exchange
- Within 15 days from the date of this Decision as prescribed in Article 1 of this Decision, the company shall send a document to the HNX to explain the cause and provide a remedy.

On 20/05/2024, Hanoi Stock Exchange announced the Notice on the stock status of CVN shares as follows:
-  CVN shares are put under trading restriction according to Decision No. 495/QD-SGDHN dated May 20, 2024 because the listed organization is late in submitting the financial statement for more than 45 days according to regulations.
-  CVN shares are put under supervision according to Decision No. 496/QD-SGDHN dated May 20, 2024 because the listed organization is late in submitting the reviewed consolidated semi-annual financial statement for more than 30 days since the due date and late in submitting the audited financial statements for 2 consecutive years.
