LCD: Decision on stock maintain under alert

On 08/05/2024, HNX announced that the following stock has been put under alert under Decision No. 461/QD-SGDHN:
-    Issuer: Erection Electromechanics Testing JSC
-    Stock code: LCD
-    Effective date: 10/05/2024
-    Reason: The Company was late in submiting the Financial Statements 2023 over 15 days since due date
-     Applicable regulation: Point g, Section 1, Article 37 of the Regulations on Listing and Trading securities attached to Decision No. 17/QD-HDTV dated 31/03/2022 by the Board of members of the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
- This Decision supersedes Decision No. 406/QD-SGDHN dated April 19, 2024 by the Hanoi Stock Exchange on stock under alert.
-     Within 15 days from the date of this Decision as prescribed in Article 1 of this Decision, the company shall send a document to the HNX to explain the cause and provide a remedy.
