TNM: Decision on being continued trading suspension

On May 23, 2024, HNX announces Decision No. 579/QD-SGDHN on the continued trading suspension of Tranimexco Transportation Import-Export and Construction JSC’s shares (stock code: TNM) stock as follows:
- Ground for trading suspension: The Company has not announced the audited Financial Statements 2023 to Hanoi Stock Exchange;
- Reason(s): The Company has no measures to overcome the cause that led to the company's shares being placed in trading restriction according to the provisions of Point d, Clause 1, Article 46 of the Securities Law;
- Applicable law(s): Point e, Clause 1 Article 36 of the Regulations attached to Decision No.34/QD-HDTV dated November 16, 2022 of the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
Within 15 days from the date the stock is under trading suspension, Tranimexco Transportation Import-Export and Construction JSC must send a document to the HNX to explain the cause and provide a remedy plan.
This Decision replaces Decision No. 1252/QD-SGDHN dated December 07, 2023
