DCH: Decision on being put under alert and Notice of stock status

Following Decision No. 721/QD-SGDHN dated July 09, 2024, HNX announces the following DCH stock will be put under alert as follow:
- Reason: the Company has not convened the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders for the recent 02 consecutive fiscal years in the time limit from the end of fiscal year according to the provisions of Clause 2, Article 139 of the Law on Enterprises;
- Effective date: 15/7/2024;
- Applicable law(s): Point b Clause 1 Article 33 of the Regulation attached to Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated November 16, 2022 of the Vietnam Exchange
Within 15 days from the date the stock is put under alert, Ha Noi cadastral survey Joint stock Company shall send a document to the HNX to explain the cause and provide a remedy.

On July 09, 2024, HNX announces the status of Ha Noi cadastral survey Joint stock Company’s shares (stock code: DCH) as follows: DCH shares are put under alert from July 15, 2024 due to the reason(s) that the company has not convened the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders for the recent 02 consecutive fiscal years in the time limit from the end of fiscal year according to the provisions of Clause 2, Article 139 of the Law on Enterprises according to Point b, Clause 1 Article 33 of the Regulations attached to Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated 16/11/2022 of the Vietnam Exchange.
