- Securities type: common stock
- Stock code: FID
- Effective date: 08/7/2024
- Reason: The auditor has qualified opinion for Audited Financial Statements 2022 and 2023 (02 years in a row) 
- Basic of review: Audited Consolidated Financial Statements 2022 and 2023
- Applicable law(s): Point d, Section 1, Article 38 of the Regulations attached to Decision No. 17/QD-HDTV dated 31/03/2022 by the Board of Members of the Vietnam Stock Exchange
- Within 15 days from the date of this Decision as prescribed in Article 1 of this Decision, the company shall send a document to the HNX to explain the cause and provide a remedy.

because the auditor has qualified opinion for Audited Financial Statements 2022 and 2023 (02 years in a row) of the company.
