Following Decision No. 703/QD-SGDHN dated 03/7/2024, HNX announces the stock under alert as follows:
- Issuer: Hoaphat Textbook Printing Joint Stock Company
- Securities type: common stock
- Stock code: HTP
- Effective date: 08/7/2024
- Reason: The company did not hold AGM 2024 over 6 months since the fiscal year ended.
- Applicable law(s): Point d, Section 1, Article 37 of the Regulations attached to Decision No. 17/QD-HDTV dated 31/03/2022 by the Board of Members of the Vietnam Stock Exchange
- Within 15 days from the date of this Decision as prescribed in Article 1 of this Decision, the company shall send a document to the HNX to explain the cause and provide a remedy.

-  HTP shares are under supervision according to Decision No. 491/QD-SGDHN dated 20/5/2024
because the company was late in submitting Audited Financial Statements 2022 and 2023 (02 years in a row).
-  HTP shares are under trading restriction according to Decision No. 492/QD-SGDHN dated 20/5/2024 because the company was late in submitting Audited Consolidated and Separated Financial Statements 2023 (over 45 days since due date).
