Pursuant to Decision No. 689/QD-SGDHN dated 02/07/2024, HNX announces the stock is under supervision as follows:

- Securities type: common stock
- Stock code: VDL
- Effective date: 05/07/2024
- Ground for supervision: Audited Consolidated Financial Statements 2023 audited by AASC Auditing Firm Company Limited
- Reason: Profit after tax of the Holding company in 2022 and 2023 was negative
- Applicable law(s): Point b Section 1 Article 38 of the Regulations attached to Decision No. 17/QD-HDTV dated 31/03/2022 by the Board of Members of the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
Within 15 days from the date of this Decision as prescribed in Article 1 of this Decision, the Company shall send a document to the HNX to explain the cause and provide a remedy.
