Based on Decision No.87QD-UBCK dated 25/01/2017 of SSC on the issuance of Regulation on giving guidelines on securities margin trading and Decision No.1205/QD-UBCK dated 27/12/2017 on the revision of the Decision 87/QD-UBCK, Hanoi Stock Exchange announced Official Notice No. 4172/TB-SGDHN on an additional reason for the following stock ineligible for margin trading:
- Issuer: Indochine Import Export Investment Industrial Joint Stock Company
- Securities type: Common stock
- Stock code: DDG
- Effective date: 18/09/2024
- Reason for ineligibility for margin trading:The company was late in submitting Reviewed Seperated and Consolidated Semi-annual FS 2024 over 05 working days since due date.
- Other reasons: The stock is under alert; Profit after tax of the Holding Company in Audited Consolidated Financial Statements 2023 was negative.
