-   Reason: The Company violated regulation on information disclosure on stock market after being put under trading restriction.
-   Applicable law(s): Point c Section 1 Article 41 of the Regulations attached to Decision No. 17/QD-HDTV dated 31/03/2022 by the Board of Members of the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
-  This Decision supersedes Decision No. 494/QD-SGDHN dated 20/05/2024 by the Hanoi Stock Exchange on TKG stock under trading restriction.
