- Reason:  the Company delayed in submitting reviewed semi-annual Financial Statements 2024 over 30 days according to regulations
- Applicable law(s): Point g, Section 1, Article 38 of the Regulations attached to Decision No. 17/QD-HDTV dated 31/03/2022 by the Board of Members of the Vietnam Stock Exchange
- Within 15 days from the date of this Decision as prescribed in Article 1 of this Decision, the Company shall send a document to the HNX to explain the cause and provide a remedy.
