Pursuant to Decision No. 1087/QD-SGDHN dated 07/10/2024, HNX announces on maintaining the stock under trading suspension as follows:

-   Effective date: 09/10/2024
-   Reason: The Company was late in submitting Audited Financial Statements 2023 over 06 months since due date.
-   Other reason: The Company violated continuously regulations on information disclosure on stock market after being put under trading restriction, specially was late in Reviewed Semi-annual Financial Statements 2024.
-   Applicable law(s): Point a and c, Section 1, Article 41 of the Regulations attached to Decision No. 17/QD-HDTV dated 31/03/2022 by the Board of Members of the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
-  This Decision supersedes Decision No. 951/QD-SGDHN dated 04/09/2024 by Hanoi Stock Exchange.
