* Stock under supervision status:
On 07/10/2024, following Decision No. 1073/QD-SGDHN dated 07/10/2024, HNX announces the stock under supervision as follows:
- Issuer: SARA Vietnam Joint Stock Company
- Securities type: Common stock
- Stock code: SRA
- Effective date: 09/10/2024
- Reason: the Company delayed in submitting reviewed semi-annual Financial Statements 2024 (Consolidate and Separate) over 30 days according to regulations
- Applicable law(s): Point g, Section 1, Article 38 of the Regulations attached to Decision No. 17/QD-HDTV dated 31/03/2022 by the Board of Members of the Vietnam Stock Exchange
- Within 15 days from the date of this Decision as prescribed in this Decision, the Company shall send a document to the HNX to explain the cause and provide a remedy.
This decision replaces Decision No.1001/QD-SGDHN dated 19/09/2024 of HNX.

- Reason: The auditing organization has an qualified opinion for the audited 2023 consolidated financial statements..
- Applicable law(s): Point c, Section 1, Article 37 of the Regulations attached to Decision No. 17/QD-HDTV dated 31/03/2022 by the Board of Members of the Vietnam Stock Exchange
- Within 15 days from the date of this Decision as prescribed in Article 1 of this Decision, the Company shall send a document to the HNX to explain the cause and provide a remedy.
This decision replaces Decision No.1001/QD-SGDHN dated 19/09/2024 of HNX.

-  DDG shares are under supervision status according to Decision No. 1073/QD-SGDHN dated 07/10/2024 of HNX due to the Company delayed in submitting reviewed semi-annual Financial Statements 2024 (Consolidate and Separate) over 30 days according to regulations.
