FTM: FTM to be put into warning status

On April 16, 2020, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange issued Decision No.181/QD-SGDHCM to put the shares of Duc Quan Investment and Development Joint Stock Company (stock code: FTM) into warning status as of April 23, 2020.

Reason: The profit after tax of shareholders of parent company in 2019 was -93.74 billion dongs and the undistributed profit after tax at December 31, 2019 was -46.41 billion dongs based on the 2019 audited financial statements. This is the case of warning securities under the Listing Regulations on the Hochiminh Stock Exchange.
