GAB: GAB changed from warning to supervision status

The Hochiminh Stock Exchange has issued a decision and an announcement to change the shares of FLC Mining Investment & Asset Management Joint Stock Company (stock code: GAB) from warning status to supervision status as of September 22, 2022.

Reason: The listed firm delayed the submission of the 2022 reviewed interim financial statements by more than 30 days compared to the specified time. The case is subjected to warning status as prescribed in Point g Provision 1 Article 38 Regulations on listing and trading of listed securities issued together with Decision No.17/QD-HDTV dated 03/31/2022 by the Vietnam Exchange.
