Following Decision No. 491/QD-SGDHN dated May 20, 2024, HNX announces the stock under supervision as follows:
- Issuer: Hoaphat Textbook Printing Joint Stock Company
- Securities type: common stock
- Stock code: HTP
- Effective date: 22/5/2024
- Reason: The listed organization is late in submitting the audited financial statement for 2 consecutive years.
- Applicable law(s): Point h, Section 1, Article 38 of the Regulations attached to Decision No. 17/QD-HDTV dated 31/03/2022 by the Board of Members of the Vietnam Stock Exchange
- Within 15 days from the date of this Decision as prescribed in Article 1 of this Decision, the company shall send a document to the HNX to explain the cause and provide a remedy.
